Shipping
and insurance will be billed on a actual basis. Buyers must provide a
"ship to" zip code for us to provide the accurate shipping charges. By
default no items are shipped insured unless specified by the buyer. We
ship via UPS after confirmed funds have arrived. Most items are shipped
within 3 days of confirmed payment but could take up to 9 days in some
cases.
All orders are shipped via UPS (estimated time for delivery is
7-14 days), unless you request an alternate shipping method (additional
charges will apply). If an alternate method is chosen, delivery time
will depend upon the type of shipping service you've specified and your
location. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the product is damaged. If the
product is damaged, we will issue a pickup tag and replace the item
once we receive back the damaged item (based on item availability).
In
special cases items may need to be returned, if so, shipping charges
are NOT refundable. Specialty items can take longer. Packages are
shipped insured for damage or loss ONLY if requested by the buyer, as
we do not assume responsibility for items during shipping. However,
packages are all packed very well. Shipping charges will be applied to
the final cost of the product. If you would like your package insured
please let us know when we contact you for payment.
Some items may
become out-of-stock or discontinued during the sale. If this happens,
we will notify you as soon as we know. These items will be placed on
back order for you. We will make every attempt to provide you with an
ETA for the product arrival. China Direct Trading and or it's agents
are not responsible for errors or incomplete descriptions. These
descriptions were provided by the manufacturer. We make every attempt
to accurately describe the product and include up to date pictures. If
for some reason a description error occurs, we will notify all buyers
